My name is Shyrine Nicole Pinao and I’ve been an Administrative Assistant in Real Estate for 5 years. I’ve been working with different Clients based in the US. My main role is to do Customer Service in one of the Brokerages in California. I also handled transaction and commission instructions for signature. I was also a former Administrative Assistant/ Real Estate Virtual Assistant at Cruz Realty Group LLC in Maryland for 2 years. My main job was to skip trace leads and update them to the Database, particularly in Zoho. I also take calls for appointment settings for those who are looking for and selling houses. In addition, I am managing the client’s social media account and website. My next job was in a BPO(business processing outsourcing) company here in the Philippines. I handled telemarketing campaigns for 2 years. And lastly, I was an Inside Sales Representative at Oxford Realty LLC and my job is to take calls for inquiries about houses and rent. I also do Administrative work, particularly Data Entry and updating prices of the houses on the website for 4 years.
