As part of my experience as a Customer Service Specialist in a Bookstore company, I am the one who will interact with the Company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. I’m also a Production Manager in one of the Real Estate companies in California USA, doing email, sales, negotiations research, and deal-making. Responsible for keeping the Real Estate team updated on the progress of all contracts. Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transaction from executed purchase agreement to closing . Act as liaison between real estate agents, appraisers,& inspectors throughout the transaction. Keeping the agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled regarding contracts to close process. Regularly update and maintain communication with agents, title officer, lenders. Coordinate with inspectors, assist in negotiations regarding repairs and coordinate completion of repairs. Coordinate title/escrow and appraisal process. Manages all paperwork and deadlines. I’m confident that I can bring this type of success to this position.
