In my past experience as a Customer Service Assistant in Sales Department, I was able to assist some customers regarding their orders and questions about the product. Another experience is that I was a Marketing Assistant, my duty is how to make a market to the main lead of the product also my duties there is doing admin tasks. And for the Virtual Assistant experience, I became an Agent Support in Real Estate in Killeen, Texas also an Email Marketer, I was an Agent Support of the Buyer Agent. As A Real Estate Virtual Assistant or Email Marketer, I am the one who assists the buyer agent. I make an offer to them using a Dotloop also I am Knowledgeable in some CRM tools like Commissions Inc. and Salesforce, and I also proficient in using Dotloop and Docusign. I do Lead searching on Linkedin and Hubspot after I gathered all the information that I need, I started sending an email to the prospective client. I sent out email marketing campaigns about the property that our listing agent is proposing. I am also proficient in data entry, appointment setting, and handling office works using office applications such as Microsoft & Google. I am confident that I can do the task to your satisfaction. Some of my expertise is, I can use Google Docs and Spreadsheets to enter data, manage Google Drive and Calendar, and manage some emails. I can generate zoom and google meeting links and make an appointment with internal and external clients via email. I’m also skilled at conducting internet research and some data entry.
